Which areas do you cover?+
Vinaròs and the surrounding coast — Benicarló, Peñíscola, Alcossebre, Alcanar, Amposta, Tortosa and up to Castellón de la Plana. For larger villa projects we also work further along the Valencian coast.
How long does a full renovation take?+
A full home renovation typically runs from 3 to 6 months. A new villa build takes 10 to 18 months depending on size and finish. We share a detailed timeline before signing anything.
How much does it cost to build a villa in Vinaròs?+
Turnkey new-build villas currently start around €1,800/m² for standard finishes and reach €3,500/m² or more for premium and luxury specifications. Our free estimator gives you a quick indicative range.
Do you handle permits and paperwork?+
Yes. We coordinate with architects, engineers and the local town hall (ayuntamiento) to obtain the licencia de obras and manage every permit needed for your project.
Can you work with my architect?+
Absolutely. We regularly build from third-party designs and provide value engineering so the project stays on budget without losing character.
Do you offer a warranty?+
All our work is covered by the Spanish decennial (10-year) structural guarantee, plus a 3-year guarantee on habitability and a 1-year guarantee on finishes.
How do you handle payments?+
Payments are staged against verified milestones — never upfront in full. Everything is contracted, invoiced and traceable.
Do you build energy-efficient homes?+
Yes. Most of our new builds target an A energy rating with high-performance insulation, aerothermal systems and solar PV. See our energy-efficient home guide for details.
